What is Lighthouse Recovery Agency's policy concerning confidentiality?
Lighthouse Recovery Agency will hold any and all information obtained for our clients in complete confidence. We comply to the Florida Statute 493.6119(1).
We will not release any information to any third-party without the client's express written consent.
Will I have to pay a retainer?
We require a retainer be paid prior to any work being performed, it is however waived in certain situations. We do not require a retainer from any person or firm who utilize our services on a regular basis.
Is the retainer fundable?
In most cases, yes! We will refund the unused portion of the retainer within ten (10) days of the cancellation. You will be still be responsible for paying the mandatory minimum hourly for the service requested and all expenses incurred to that point.
Does Lighthouse Recovery Agency guarantee the outcome of an investigation?
While we strive to perform the best service possible, we can not guarantee the results of an investigation. You should be suspicious of any agency that will guarantee a certain outcome. As professional investigators we will diligently work on your case, but there are no guarantees that you will get the results you want.
Will I get a written contract when I retain the services of Lighthouse Recovery Agency?
Yes. All of our services require a contract. Be careful of any agency that does not require a written contract for services.
